Hungry March Band and LES Girls Club Bake Sale

You'll have no problems convincing them to dance and jump let alone march to the beat of Hungry March band, a blazing entity of brass, steel and wood. Hungry March Band is a socially active community project roaring out of New York City. "Ridiculously cool...This feisty bunch gets down with some monster grooves, New Orleans-like funeral & marching music, foot-stomping cartoon-like hilarity, post-klez and other ethnic music mayhem. A complete blast." says Downtown Music Gallery. Joining Hungry March Band at the show will be bakers from the Sweet Things Bake Shop of the Lower Eastside Girls Club. They'll have on hand many delicious holiday butter cookies and other yummy baked goods, including brownies, scones, chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, homemade granola, and of course, their signature cupcakes.
