With Piano Tales No. 16, musician-storyteller duo James & Jerome are fully revamping their ongoing celebration of the art of the musical tale. The audience chooses which tales will be told this night from a trunkful of possibilities, and this time the trunk has been filled with all new stories. They're the latest James & Jerome have been obsessed with: the lives of Caravaggio and Simone Weil, The Tale of Genji, Krishna and the Gopis, and a slew of new originals.

"James and Jerome are amongst the most original musical storytellers working today. They are both wonderful performers, but this is a separate matter from the quality of their writing, which has incredible intellectual, aesthetic, and emotional integrity.” -Rachel Chavkin, Tony-nominated director of Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812
