“ANNE HATHAWAY gives a fiercely good performance… and Ms. TAYMOR has provided a sleek, high-tech production…”

- New York Times
“JULIE TAYMOR paints a CHILLING portrait of modern warfare in GROUNDED …The staging is dazzling…YOU WON’T WANT TO MISS IT”
- New York Post
“Taymor is a director known for SPECTACLES like “The Lion King.” Her staging here is ENERGIZING & EVOCATIVE. ANNE HATHWAY is RIVETING from gung-ho exhilaration to excruciating despair to the brink of losing it, SHE IS IN COMMAND even when her character isn’t. SHE FLIES HIGH.”
– Daily News
“ANNE HATHAWAY MASTERFULLY navigates her terrifying dive from high-flying heroics to the appalling reality of guiding drones…[and] The  Public Theater’s intimate Anspacher space proves the ideal staging area for TAYMOR’s arsenal of pyrotechnics. ”
– Variety
“A TAUT, VISCERAL psychological portrait of a rare woman fighter pilot.  ANNE HATHAWAY gives a tightly-wound, unfussy, acutely disciplined portrayal…   None of this would be so remarkable without JULIE TAYMOR… just a stage covered with sand and a black mirror, she take us on a journey that, at least in these magical hands, momentarily makes scenery obsolete. ”
– Newsday
“In JULIE TAYMOR's fascinating, unsettling new production of Brant's play…ANNE HATHAWAY inhabits her conflicted character with RELENTLESS ENERGY and ROBUST INTELLIGENCE.”
– USA Today
“TOP-NOTCH. A CHILLING portrait of future war. ANNE HATHAWAY gives a WRENCHING performance. JULIE TAYMOR’s direction is PHENOMENAL.”
– New York Magazine
